세계적인 건축가인 김인철 건축가의 손길로 완성해낸 호수로 가는 집은 자연과 건축공간의 조화로운 아름다움으로 2019년 건축가협회 대상을 수여받아 그 아름다움을 인정받았습니다.

그리고 호수의 다채로운 뷰를 자랑합니다.
외부공간 
건축은 자연의 공간이 연속되는 곳이다. 공간을 구축하기 위해 막거나 닫는 것은 공간을 열기 위한 준비이다. 공간은 가두어지지 않는다. 비록 작은 공간이더라도 트인 공간은 크기로 가늠되지 않는다.
어떻게 열어야 하는가는 땅과 어떤 관계를 이룰 것인가로 조정된다. 건축과 자연이 하나로 합쳐지려면 결국 건축이 자연 속으로 들어가야 한다. 호수로 가는 것이다.
Architectural space is a continuation of natural space. Closing or shutting off in order to create space is a preparation to open up. Space cannot be contained. A closed space is as good as a dead space. When open, even if the space is small, the size no longer matters. How to open up a space is directly related to what kind of relationship one wants to create with the land. For architecture to be part of nature, it must belong to nature. It must walk to the lake.
